On the third day of Christmas, my true love sent to me three french hens. On Top Chef, "three french hens" became guinea hen served with butternut squash & puff pastry--sounds mighty good to me. And of course, if you're Andy Williams on the third day of Christmas your good friends brought to you three boughs of holly!

- There's St. Margaret Mary (but I suspect if you're not in their time zone, you can't open the right door, am I right?)
